The product is very hard and difficult to apply. It feels like applying beeswax. I first have to warm it up with my own breath so that it melts a little and glides more easily on the lips. It would be great if it were a little more moist, then I would continue to buy it. I hope the company takes note of this problem and comes up with a solution to improve it, because if this is solved, the future looks bright for this product. If this problem is solved, I will continue to buy it. Otherwise, the shipping and packaging were excellent.
