Really nice! I always use it in the evening as part of my lip care routine. Soft but not sticky. Feels really softening and healing. Mild and pleasant scent. Very faint scent of coconut.

Way too dry. The paper breaks when you put the lid on, and you can't get the lid on. It says it should be dry, but that's wrong.
Only lasts a short while.
Don't like the wax. Bad packaging.

I had high expectations after reading such good reviews.
I was a little disappointed because I think it's too hard, takes time to soften up, and the packaging wasn't quite up to par (cardboard). Otherwise, a nice product with a nice cover.
